BIOGRAPHY

Born June 28th 1945 in Vallejo California raised Perrydean Cornell Jones in Des Moines Iowa as a member of the Maple Street Junior choir music would become of my passion. At the age of 13 I started my quest by entering in dancing competitions while teaching myself how to play the drums. My first year in high school I began dancing professionally for a radio station and performed the latest dances for their team hops They promoted around the state of Iowa predominantly rule cities. Attended Columbia School of broadcasting.

In 1966 I was drafted into the army and served in Vietnam where I produce my first musical Christmas show for my battalion with a honorable discharge from the military I was hired at a local Record distributorship in Denver Colorado as a local promotion man meeting and greeting new artist that would come to town scheduling them for radio and television interviews in advance placing their product and record for Store promotions. In 1970 I was selected to Warner Brothers first Afro-American National promotion director for special markets the artist I represented was Earth Wind & Fire Little Richard Patti LaBelle Herbie Hancock Dionne Warwick Jimi Hendrix the Stovall sisters Allen Toussaint Charles Wright & the 103 Street Band. in 1979 Warner Brothers asked me to sign Prince Roger Nelson to a Management contract .... eighties my skills as a personal Manager.. Tour manager.. Record producer for demos... Production Studio manager... Artist developer ...Concert promoter... Radio disc jockey...Marketing and promotion allowed me to work with many other nationally known Acts and extended my career through the nineties.

Throughout the 90s I gave my time to volunteer work with the Mayor's office of Youth initiative the Toys for Tots and the American Red Cross the All-American Soap Box Derby many other non-profit organizations my internal gold is to reach out and help people wherever I can weather here they are music orientated or just music fans... For the Love of music.

  • Owned and operated Import export business in Freetown Sierra Leone West Africa and the acquisition of gold and diamonds. International entertainment of Dakar Dakar Senegal West Africa.
